Timelines and fees

Payment options
- Pay on delivery is available within Lagos, with inspection before payment.
- Bank transfer for orders outside Lagos, confirmed before dispatch.
- In-store payment — card or transfer at our Lagos counter.
Packaging and inspection
- Devices ship in sealed, shock-protected packaging with all original accessories.
- You may unbox and test in front of the dispatch rider for Lagos deliveries.
- Report any transit damage within 24 hours of receipt and we will resolve it.
Pickup
- Free same-day pickup from our Lagos store during opening hours.
- We hold reserved orders for 48 hours after confirmation.
